Loosening of COBRA Handle Manifold – JFD Guidance Note

Members’ attention is brought to the recent Guidance Note issued by JFD relating to the Compact Bailout Rebreathing Apparatus (COBRA) handle manifold becoming loose within the activation assembly on the helmet.
