IMCA Europe & Africa Regional Meeting
Due to high demand, this event has now reached capacity and is full.
We return to Aberdeen on Thursday 3 October 2024 for our next Europe Regional Meeting.
IMCA’s regular regional meetings bring our Members together to discuss industry issues, trends, and developments, explore the latest from IMCA’s technical teams, and offer a great opportunity to meet colleagues from across the industry.
Attendees will hear from a range of industry speakers. Steve Fernie will introduce the Global Underwater Hub (GUH), Steven Cargill (DNV) will share a DP update, with a diving update from Joni Watt (Professional Diving Academy). Euan Duncan (Kongsberg Maritime) will present the ‘Road to Digital Success’, while Ian McIntosh (Strategic Offshore Research) will explore the future of energy markets. Ekkehard Stade (Global Maritime) will close things out by discussing the role of a Marine Warranty Surveyor.
All sessions are highly interactive with plenty of opportunity for Q&A and audience interaction via Slido. View the agenda in full (coming soon!)
As with previous meetings, attendees will hear from our Technical team. From IMCA, Mary Ntamark, Technical Adviser – Environmental Sustainability will be in attendance. Also joining on the day will be David Bloom, Director for Client Engagement – Europe & Africa.
The Regional Meeting takes place at Global Underwater Hub (GUH) in Aberdeen. Places are free to anyone working for an IMCA Member; however, they are extremely limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
