Approved Training Courses
IMCA has established a scheme for approval of selected training courses for safety-critical roles offshore, as set out in IMCA G 010 – IMCA Assessment Procedure for Training Course Approval. This currently covers five course types – no other courses are approved by IMCA.

Assistant Life Support Technician

IMCA has introduced a new scheme for approval of introductory training courses for remotely operated vehicle personnel, with IMCA members in the T2 membership category required to undergo assessment in line with the course-specific documentation. The first reviews are currently underway.
