Darren became IMCA’s representative in South East Asia in January 2020. In this role, Darren is supporting the Association in developing its engagement across Asia.

Darren’s involvement with IMCA through his contribution to the Diving Division Management Committee and Asia Pacific Regional Committee gives him an ideal platform from which to support IMCA’s engagement. He understands the industry dynamics in Asia Pacific exceptionally well having lived and worked in the region for almost 20 years.

Darren had an illustrious career in the armed forces prior to moving into commercial diving before establishing a diving safety consultancy focusing on developing competence and safety in the workplace.
