North America Regional Meeting

IMCA’s North American Regional Meeting returns to Houston on Tuesday 15 October 2024. IMCA’s regular regional meetings bring our Members together to discuss industry issues, trends, and developments, explore the latest from IMCA’s technical teams, and offer a great opportunity to meet colleagues from across the industry. As with previous meetings, attendees will hear from our Technical team. From IMCA, Richard Purser, Technical Adviser – Marine, Margaret Fitzgerald, Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, David Slater, Technical Adviser – Diving and Dustin Varnell, Master Mariner. The Regional Meeting takes place at Norris Conference Centers – The ARK by Norris in Houston.

IMCA South America Regional Meeting

Due to high demand, this event has now reached capacity and is full. IMCA’s South America Regional Meeting returns to Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday 4 September 2024. IMCA Global Summit: Programme announced

Early Bird tickets are now on sale for the IMCA Global Summit in Utrecht, Netherlands on 3 to 4 December 2024. Bringing our Members and the industry together to explore the major challenges we collectively face, the outline programme for our first global event since 2018 has been shared. Collaborative IMCA and G+ Workshop advances safety for Walk to Work 

Following regulator feedback, offshore safety organisations combine forces to find new solutions to improving safety for Walk to Work.  A Workshop focusing on Walk to Work, organised by IMCA and the Global Offshore Wind Health and Safety Organisation (G+), took place on Tuesday 9 April 2024 at the Energy Institute in London. Innovation on display as IMCA chairs Subsea Expo session on ROVs

IMCA was a proud supporter of Subsea Expo in Aberdeen from 20 to 22 February, sponsoring the technical discussions on the Conference’s Teal Stage. IMCA Live 2024: Finding solutions to the challenges we face

We are delighted to share our event programme for 2024, IMCA Live, which brings Members and the industry together to find the solutions to the challenges we collectively face. Alongside the next editions of our industry-leading DP Conference (21-22 May) and Lifting & Rigging Seminar (12 September) – which are both held in Amsterdam – IMCA is hosting an Underwater Ship Husbandry Seminar (10 October) in Singapore to explore this safety-critical diving issue. A busy summer of Member and stakeholder engagement

Following an extensive programme of speaking events and individual engagements with Committee and Board members, recently appointed CEO Iain Grainger has been meeting a number of external stakeholders. In late July, Iain and Technical Director Jim Cullen visited the Oil Companies International Marine Forum’s (OCIMF) London office to meet with Managing Director Karen Davis and Offshore Advisor Graham Coles.
